Biscuit Production line/Biscuit Making Machine

Introduction:

Function: It is used to produce all kinds of hard biscuit, soft biscuit, soda biscuit,vegetable biscuit and all kinds of biscuits.

General Introduction:

SH Series Biscuit Production line is the primary choice for the production of kinds of hard and soft biscuit. The biscuit plant equipments can be combined and displayed according to customers' local space or biscuit technical requirement.

By changing the moulds and reciples, this plant is able to produce various types of high quality biscuit, such as cream biscuits, sandwiching biscuits,soda cracker biscuits, animal biscuits, vegetable biscuits etc.

Cooling the cream sandwich to make it strong enough for cutting and packing,cooling the wafer to ensure a clean cut.

The capacity of the wafer cooler depends on the performance of the equipment and the cooling time required for the product. The cooling time can be set between 15 and 25 minutes depending on the product. The room temperature is adjustable between 13-15ºC and the wafer is placed on the carrier of the conveyor and is cooled during passing through the cooling tower.

The main conveyor chain is stepped, the import and export of two conveyor,one to enter,one to output,allowing the wafer to enter and exit without defects
,wafer cooling tower can be automatically emptied in the production period.The observation window inside the door is used to monitor the product.


Main Components:



1.FLOUR MIXER 
Function:Kneading flour machine is stirring machine which crumples up flour powder and water into dough or other materials and is independently used with other machines. 
 
2.ROLL CUT BISCUIT FORM MACHINE
Function:After putting stirring flour powder into the machine, they are one time shaped into unripe biscuit,all kinds of middle and high grade biscuit and thin biscuit through three stages roller and roller cutting molds.
  
 
3.ROLL PRINT BISCUIT FORM MACHINE 
ROLL PRINT BISCUIT FORM MACHINE is the main machine for the biscuit production line. It will convey the mixed / processed dough to the moulding machine, then  after mixing into a dough, then baking though the oven to get ,a loose ,delicious crispy biscuit which is well welcomed by the consumers
  
4.GAS OVEN  
The machine is heated with gas. Rapid heating up and energy is saving.
The oven is grouped into heat control zones. The top and bottom heat are independently adjustable and preset. The measured temperature and preset temperature will be displayed in digital form.
To allow independent movement of the chamber to relieve stresses when expanding or contracting.
. High-quality thermal insulating material is used to get good insulation and efficient fuel usage.
. Steelwork, ducts and chambers paint with high temperature (400C) silvery paint. Outer covers paint with hard finish gloss paint.
Fully automatic PID temperature control and automatic constant temperature.

6.OIL SPRAY MACHINE 
This machine is used for sparing oil on the surface of the baked biscuit. This step can make the biscuit surface color equally, high quality and better taste.
Conveying Speed :10-20m/minute
It is using Centrifugal pump to pumping the oil from the oil tanker. The quantity of oil is adjusted by the valve. Motors drive the rota rate disc to spray the oil on the food. 
Powered by a motor. When spraying the oil film, 4 motors will function simultaneously.  There are some valves in the pipe to control the oil volume.
 It is equipped with a temperature control unit. 
The direction of the oil spray nozzle can be adjusted in a 360°manner 
 
7.NETBELT COOLING CONVEYER 
Function: Oil-spraying finished biscuits are cooled through this conveyor belt. 
Speed is adjustable. 
Natural Cooling on the net belt. 
  
 
8.TRIM PLATFORM
Biscuit tidy-up machine is used to transfer the biscuit into a rail and pile them up, and then transfer all the way to the biscuit picking machine.
  

9.BISCUIT SANDWICHING MACHINE
Adjusted by advanced step less transducer,the speed is stable.
With photoelectric control,it can automatically detect the lack of biscuits.When the machine stops,the stuff-feeder will shut-down automatically to ensure no leakage of stuff and keep the machine clean.
Arranged by the star-wheels,the biscuits are ranked orderly.
The stuffing is various and suitable for jam stuffing,butter stuffing,2-layer and 2-color stuffing(3-biscuit2-layer stuffing or 2-biscuit 1-layer stuffing) 
The temperature can be controlled automatically to ensure constant temperature for the stuffing,When various specificate ons of layer-biscuit such as rectangle,square,roundness and ellipse are changed,every parts can be adjusted rapidly and easily.
With novel aspect,the whole machine is mainly made of stainless steel and meets the foodstuff sanitation requirement. 
 
 10.BISCUIT PACKAGING MACHINE
This machine is designed for solid matter pillow packaging,it is propitious to all kinds of well-regulated solid matter,such as the food,cookies,bread,moon cake,candy etc,and commodity, industry accessory etc. For bulk or separation of individual objects should be placed in the box first, or tie them up, make them come into a whole ,and then it can be packaging on this machine, the same as the other non-solid package This should also associate of this essentials.
